Ground Broken on Timberline Church Phase II
Fransen Pittman General Contractors of Englewood has broken ground on the approximately 17,600-sq-ft expansion at Timberline Church in Fort Collins, expected to finish by January.
Designed by The Larson Group, the Phase II project includes a new south auditorium addition with seating for 650 to 700 people and a high-definition audio/video system, as well as guest service office, mini-café, service kitchen adjoining the auditorium, work offices for church administration and storage areas. The parking lot area will be increased by 474 spaces.
Fransen Pittman’s project team includes Brian Janssen; senior estimator; Allen Rutherford, project manager; Mark Thiesen, project superintendent; and Rita Becker, project coordinator.
