Taylor Kohrs Completes Work at Centennial Corner

Construction is complete on two new buildings at Centennial Corner, a retail development at East Arapahoe and Lima in Centennial.

Denver general contractor Taylor Kohrs recently announced the completion of two new buildings at Centennial Corner, a retail development at East Arapahoe Road and Lima Street in Centennial.

The buildings total 18,400 sq ft and include masonry, stucco and glass storefronts. As part of the project, Taylor Kohrs also completed extensive site development at Centennial Corner, including bridge construction, overlot grading, curb and gutter, sidewalks, excavation, asphalt paving, installation of sewer and water mains, creek bank protection and a detention pond.
