Homewood Suites by Hilton, the international brand of upscale, all-suite, residential-style hotels targeting extended-stay travelers, recently announced the topping out for a new 113-suite hotel in the Denver Tech Center.
“The need for hotels that cater to guests staying five or more consecutive nights greatly exceeds the available supply,” said Todd Dickson, property general manager. “Our new facility is being created specifically to meet the special needs of these travelers. We will offer spacious, residential-style suites with fully equipped kitchens and separate sleeping and living areas that are large enough for work, study, entertaining or relaxing, for about the price of an ordinary hotel room.”
Located at 199 Inverness Dr. West, the 92,778-sq-ft, four-story hotel is near Park Meadows Mall and located next to I-25 and C-470.
Homewood Suites by Hilton offers its guests a complimentary 24-hour business center, a complimentary “Suite Start” hot breakfast daily and “Welcome Home” reception, Monday through Thursday evenings. Additional amenities include free local phone calls, free wireless and wired Internet access in each guest suite, onsite laundry and complimentary grocery shopping services as well as snacks and sundries available in a 24-hour Suite Shop.
Pahl Architecture of Denver served as the architect.
