Construction Begins on Final Residential Development in Lowry’s West Neighborhood
The final residential development in Lowry’s West Neighborhood, Jaydyn Court at Mayfair, recently broke ground, starting construction on 18 two- and three-story townhome units at 309 Quebec St. in Denver.
Jaydyn Court at Mayfair, priced in the mid-$300s, will include four classically designed brick and stucco townhouse-style buildings, with 18 two- and three-story, designed townhome units nestled on nearly an acre of land. Each townhome will include two master suites and nine-ft ceilings throughout.
The three-story units will feature tandem, two-car garages, two-and-a-half baths, combined living and dining areas, kitchens and balconies. The two-story units will include a one-car, attached garage, and a one-car detached garage, two master suites, two-and-a-half baths, combined living and dining rooms, kitchens and balconies.
Features will include air conditioning, standard appliances, along with carpet, tile and hardwood floors throughout each townhome.
“I’m proud of Jaydyn Court because this development will continue to validate the importance of Lowry to the community,” said Dr. John Fischer, principal of Horizon Group. “I was stationed at Lowry during the Second World War, from 1944 to 1946, and being here brings back many fond memories of Lowry and the families that helped make it home.”
