Taylor Kohrs Completes 24th Street Townhomes

Denver general contractor Taylor Kohrs recently announced that the company has completed construction of the 24th Street Townhomes in downtown Denver.

“We’re continuing to prove our ability to build residential projects in downtown Denver and expand our reach into urban locations,” said Grant Taylor of Taylor Kohrs. “The 24th Street Townhomes is a notable residential project, bringing new development to an important part of Denver’s core. We’re very proud of Taylor Kohrs’ role in the successful completion of new urban properties and our contribution to this outstanding new development.”

The 24th Street Townhomes are part of the Welton Place Development, a project by Century Real Estate and Pacificap Properties Group. Upon completion, the development will include 170 condos and townhomes, as well as commercial space. The 24th Street Townhomes include 11 three-story residences with two and three-bedroom options.
