The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines wellness as the quality or state of being in good health. April Construction Slips 1% Nationwide

The value of new construction starts fell 1% in April to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $386.6 billion, according to McGraw-Hill Construction, a division of The McGraw-Hill Cos.
