The 300,000-sq-ft redevelopment for Vail Resorts Development Co. is located on 11 acres at the base of the Vista Bahn Chair Lift.  The project consists of 13 exclusive townhomes at the Lodge at Vail Chalets, a 26,000-sq-ft Skier Services building, the new Vail Mountain Ski Club and a new spa for the Lodge at Vail. A 200-space, three-level underground parking structure is being built beneath the project.

The 103,000-sq-ft renovation of the existing building included asbestos abatement, classrooms, teaching laboratories, team rooms/office space and a 20,000-sq-ft library.
