The Division Headquarters Command and Control Facility is a headquarters for the 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson. The project consists of constructing a primary facility that incorporates administration, conference rooms, storage areas, break room, sensitive compartmented information facility, network operations center, briefing room, lobby and utility rooms. |

4. Fort Carson Division

5. ADD/Alter Communications Center

This is a two-level, at-grade and below-grade, 50,000-sq-ft expansion of the existing communications building at Buckley AFB in Aurora. Construction included the renovation of 5,000 sq ft of the existing building and the tie-in area. |

This project is an 86,358-sq-ft addition that can house up to 374 inmates; unlike portions of the jail, the addition utilized modular prefabricated steel jail cells that were constructed in an offsite factory in Georgia. The scope of work also included site utility relocations, retaining wall construction and site grading. |
7. Arapahoe County
Fleet Maintenance Facility

The facility is anchored by a 22,000-sq-ft maintenance facility for large fleet vehicles and encompasses offices and a training facility. This stand-alone facility is capable of future expansion.
