1. River Point at Sheridan

Phase I of this three-phased project is a brownfield redevelopment that features a 127-acre sitework package, including demolition and clearing of the existing site and fill import as well as utility, road and bridge work. Phase II consists of core-and-shell construction for major building tenants. Phase III consists of core-and-shell construction for the inline building tenants.

2. The Meridian at the Landmark

This is an ultra-high-end condominium and retail development on 15 acres in the heart of Greenwood Village.

3. One Lincoln Park

A 31-story, mixed-use project to be built in the triangular intersection of Welton, 20th and Lincoln streets in downtown Denver will feature 186 luxury residential units. The building was designed to step back as it goes up to reduce the scale and allow more access to outdoor spaces.

4. River Park Condominiums
New Castle

Start: Jan. 2006 Finish: June 2008

This is a two-year project consisting of 153 for-sale units housed in 18 buildings. It is located between Grand Junction and Glenwood Springs and will provide residential units in Garfield County.

5. Lincoln Terrace
Denver

Start: June 2007 Finish: Aug. 2008

Lincoln Terrace is a seven-story building with 75 affordable residential units and ground-floor retail. The residences will be one- and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 740 up to 1,100 sq ft.

6. Renaissance Riverfront Lofts

$12.3 million
Owner: Colorado Coalition for the Homeless

Start: Winter 2007 Finish: Winter 2008

This project includes five-story, 100 low-income, tax-credit apartment units over podium slab parking garage on a 1.43-acre site. It will provide rental housing for transitional homeless and low-income families in Denver.

7. Ronald McDonald House

Start: Dec. 2006 Finish: Feb. 2008

This new 67,390-sq-ft, three-story house with 45 comfortable guest suites has several kitchens, play areas and sitting rooms for games, television and computers.

8. 24th Street Townhomes

$3.4 million

Start: May 2007 Finish: Jan. 2008

This project is part of the Welton Place Development, a project by Century Real Estate and Pacifcap Properties Group. Upon completion, the development will include 170 condos and townhomes, as well as commercial space. It includes 11 three-story residences with two and three-bedroom options.
