This project consists of a new 37,000-sq-ft golf clubhouse that includes a restaurant, full-service kitchen, bar, pro-shop, men and women’s locker rooms, fitness center and administration areas. Construction also includes post-tension tennis courts, an outdoor terrace for events and an Olympic-sized swimming pool.

2.   Pinery Country Club

This new 16,000-sq-ft golf clubhouse facility includes a restaurant, full-service kitchen, lounge, bar, pro-shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms and administration areas. Centerre also simultaneously completed a 5,000-sq-ft cart barn and a 3,000-sq-ft fitness facility.

3.   Meadow Hills Pool Repair & Bathhouse

This project required the total demolition of the existing pool, construction of a new pool with a different design and all new piping systems. A new shower/restroom building will serve both the pool and golf course. In addition to the shower/restroom building, the project includes construction of a new gatehouse, storage building and the remodel of the existing clubhouse.
