The Classic Residence by Hyatt is a 24-acre, amenity-filled, life-care community. The project includes a 464,000-sq-ft independent living facility; 42,000-sq-ft, three-story care center and 38 private villas. The community also includes walking trails, a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool.

2.Holly Creek Retirement Community

Start: Feb. 2007 Finish: Nov. 2008

Phase 2 of this project consists of a new 130-unit facility that will include 66 independent-living, 24 assisted-living, 12 skilled-nursing, 12 memory-care and 18 concierge units next to the recently completed Phase I site in Centennial. The project also features a 16,000-sq-ft, below-grade parking structure and a vaulted, one-story common gallery area.

3. Continuing Care Senior Campus at Union
Colorado Springs

Start: Aug. 2006 Finish: April 2008

This is an independent- and assisted-living senior campus development consisting of a four-story building with detached garages and related sitework and infrastructure. The building contains 169 residential apartments made up of a mix of independent-, assisted-living and special-care units.

4.Continuing Care Senior Campus at Oakridge
Fort Collins
$27 million
Owner: MacKenzie House LLC
General Contractor: Palace Construction
Architect: Lantz-Boggio Architects
Engineers: King Surveyors Inc., Bornengineering, Allen Plumbing & Heating
Start: Oct. 2006 Finish: Feb. 2008

This project consists of a 208,000-sq-ft, three-story building with detached garages and related sitework and infrastructure. The building will contain 147 residential apartments made up of a mix of independent-, assisted-living and special-care units.
