    This project includes a new 335,000-sq-ft, 17-story office tower, approximately 875 parking spaces in a six-story, above-grade parking garage, approximately 325 parking spaces in a one-level, below-grade parking structure under the entire site, and 24,000-sq ft of ground-floor retail.

    Village Center Station is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development that includes parking for the Arapahoe Light Rail Station, a 10-story office building and more than 30,000 sq ft of retail space.

    University Village Colorado is an 80-acre project with more than 600,000 sq ft of retail space. This project will be the first phase of an urban-renewal district established by the city of Colorado Springs. The goals are to revitalize a major north-south corridor adjacent to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs campus and establish the architectural language for the Urban Renewal District.

    This 53,000-sq-ft, four-story building designed in 1923 by Merrill Hoyt is considered by the Colorado Historical Society to be one of the few significantly historical low-rise buildings remaining along Denver’s 16th Street Mall. The renovation included the restoration of the exterior glazed terra cotta tiles, custom-designed, energy-efficient windows, a new first-floor retail storefront system, new exterior lighting, canopies, a roof terrace and the addition of skylights for daylighting.
