This design-build project includes a new comprehensive high school/community college building complex on approximately 55 acres. The 33,000-sq-ft high school building will house 1,900 ninth- to 12th-graders and up to 750 technical education students.

2. Battle Mountain High School

This new high school campus includes a synthetic turf field with stadium bleacher seating, a rubberized track, practice fields, discus and shotput fields, two gymnasiums, weight room, dance/fitness room, as well as a culinary arts kitchen and lecture hall to be shared with the local community college, full auditorium/theater, wood shop, art wing with photo lab, landscaped courtyard, cafeteria, and administrative offices.

    Master-planned for a student population of 2,000 and built in phases to accommodate the school year, the new Bear Creek High School is comprised of 193,649 sq ft of new construction completed in April and 61,294 sq ft of renovation, scheduled for completion in the fall.

    The existing Golden High School site underwent a complete redevelopment to include a new school campus with administrative offices, classrooms, library, art areas, science labs, and athletic facilites.

    5. Stuart Middle School

    This new 138,552-sq-ft, two-story middle school sits on a 27-acre site. This facility includes classrooms, science labs, two art rooms, adminstration area, main and auxiliary gyms with locker rooms, cafetorium, kitchen and library.
