This project consists of a new 128,351-sq-ft, private patient tower and entry lobby. The patient tower consists of a four-level nursing component totaling 72 beds and connects to the existing hospital. The project also includes a new four-story parking structure for approximately 539 cars.

    The Sunrise at Broomfield is a 267,577-sq-ft independent- and assisted-living facility comprised of three main structures: a cast-in-place concrete parking garage; atop the parking garage is a four-story, 137,864-sq-ft, wood-framed area that holds 130 independent-living units; and the three-story, 75,549-sq-ft, steel-framed assisted-living residences.
