    The Meridian Tower includes a 16-story residential, retail, parking and high-end residential tower of approximately 508,000 sq ft. There is retail on the first and second floors and a pool deck on the fifth floor.

    3. Alexan Broadway Station at Gates

    The Alexan Broadway Station at Gates is a 479-unit apartment complex located at the southwest corner of Mississippi and Broadway as part of the first phase of redevelopment of the Gates Rubber factory site. The project is built on a 4.6-acre site and consists of three 5-story apartment buildings, one 6-story parking garage and associated site improvements.

    This 409,000-sq-ft project is a 226-unit residential, for-rent complex combining a new eight-story building with two-and-a-half levels of underground parking to the existing historic Piggly Wiggly MacMarr Building, which was built in 1927.

    5. The Seasons of Cherry Creek

    Upon completion, this project will consist of 13 stories with approximately 208,858 sq ft, including 148 new individual living units, leasing area, cyber cafe, theater/community room and parking.
