This 22-story, mixed-use tower at 18th and Larimer streets will be the largest high-rise office building built in downtown Denver in the last 20 years. When completed, it will offer state-of-the-art, Class AA lease office space designed for LEED-CS Platinum. It will be one of the first LEED-Platinum office buildings to be built in Denver.

Casey Middle School is a 110,000-sq-ft, multi-story structure consisting of all new construction. Highlight is the salvage and reuse of the existing façade into the new building. This projet will be seeking LEED-Platinum certification.

The existing 104,000-sq-ft library building at CSU-Pueblo is being gutted and remodeled, with the enclosure and expansion of an additional 22,000 sq ft. The refurbished building will include library circulation areas, stack space, classrooms, archival/display spaces, common areas and administrative space. The project team is anticipating LEED-Gold certification.

The Denver FBI branch will consolidate three local offices at the new campus. The project team will seek LEED certification.

The RSF will be designed to meet LEED-Platinum and will also be the first zero-energy building of its kind.
