1. University of Denver College of Law
Location: Denver
Cost: $48.03 million

Completion Date: September 2003
The new $48 million, 245,000-sq-ft facility will house the University's Law School Library, 15 state-of-the-art classrooms, a 120-seat lecture hall, 31 meeting/break-out rooms, and underground and structured parking for 850 vehicles. Construction on the four-story, cast-in-place concrete structure is well underway in the heart of DU's busy campus. The building's architecture incorporates the university's signature copper roof, red brick and limestone features, as well as distinctive interior finishes including oak and quarry tile flooring.

$47 million high school, 120-acre site, 362,000-sq-ft, with two gyms, a theatre, an aquatic facility and 640 rooms.

4. Aspen High School

Completion Date: February 2003
New additions totaling 113,700-sq-ft with 18 new classrooms, offices, library, theater, weight room, locker rooms and gym with elevated running track, 128-seat lecture hall with projection and sound system. Renovation of 62,500 sq ft of original "pod" design.

5. UNC Ross Hall Chemistry Bldg Addition & Renovation

Cost: $31 million

Completion Date: June 2003
Phase 1 expansion - 101,000-sq-ft, four-story addition of classrooms, labs with specialized chemistry equipment, two 100-seat lecture halls. Phase 2 - Gut and remodel of 115,000-sq-ft, four-story building. Features a two-story atrium/clerestory.

6. Rock Canyon High School (Douglas County HS #7)

Start Date: July 2002
Completion Date: July 2003
Douglas County's newest high school, this two-story facility will include gymnasiums and associated locker rooms, a cafeteria and dining facilities and a 600-seat auditorium. The project also includes tennis courts, baseball, football and track fields.
