This 16-acre site is the first large multi-use redevelopment being
built at the old Stapleton Airport. It consists of eight buildings totaling
200,000 sq ft. These buildings will include 66 residential apartments,
40 retail spaces, two 30,000-sq-ft office buildings, two stand-alone restaurants
and a King Soopers. All of the buildings are radiused around the roundabout
on the property line and are structural steel slab on metal deck, with
the exception of the residential apartments that will be stick-framed.
