Broadstone Lofts

The Broadstone Lofts is a 409,000-sq-ft, three-story apartment complex located across from Coors Field on Market Street and directly above an existing four-story building. The scope and challenge of this project consisted of a three-story concrete addition to the top of the historic 1927 Piggly Wiggly MacMarr building, as well as a new eight-story building with two-and-a-half levels of underground parking.
