The Landmark

The Landmark is a four-star resort lifestyle development located in Greenwood Village west of Interstate 25 between Belleview and Orchard. The 15-acre, mixed-use development includes T-REX light-rail stations at Belleview and Orchard, high-end dining and shopping, specialty spa and recreation access, as well as distinctive luxury residences. The Landmark Tower—the first phase of two luxury condominium towers—includes 14 floors with 130 units varying in size from 875 to 2,500 sq ft.
