Orchard Town Center

The Orchard Town Center is a 971,000-sq-ft, open-air regional shopping center featuring outdoor retail. It includes a well-balanced combination of big box stores, department stores and smaller upscale retailers and restaurants.
The development also has more than 30,000 sq ft of office space. Designed by the Mulhern Group to incorporate a Frank Lloyd Wright architectural feel, the development is reminiscent of the main streets of prairie towns in the first half of the 20th Century. This unique shopping experience provides retail to an underserved and growing market in the northern Denver area. |
