Grandview Plaza in Olde Town Arvada is situated just steps from the planned light rail station of the aptly named Gold Line, because recent redevelopments in the area are turning Olde Town Arvada into a gold mine of sorts.
Grandview Plaza, a 25,000-sq-ft, mixed-use development, anchors the prominent corner and serves as the entryway to the main street filled with retail shops, restaurants and businesses.
The finished buildings pay tribute to the past by incorporating brick and stone façades while adding a contemporary twist with expansive glass and steel beams. Open-air patios and plazas allow visitors to enjoy the more than 300 days a year of Colorado sunshine while creating a sense of community among nearby residents. |
