Located on Park Avenue near Interstate 25, the 1.43-acre site for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless provides rental housing for transitional homeless and low-income families in Denver.
The triangular site abuts a mixed-use retail/office development to the north, the South Platte River to the southeast and Park Avenue to the west, with views of the downtown Denver skyline to the south.
The project showcases a collaboration of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, the city of Denver and Enterprise Green Communities to bring environmentally sustainable development to affordable housing. |
